Terms and Conditions

1. Merchant and products

MATPRINT LP manufactures and sells customized logo mats, commercial floor mats, anti-fatigue mats, and printed promotional mats. MATPRINT LP is the merchant responsible for orders and payments made through this website or through an invoice or payment link issued by MATPRINT LP.

2. Quotations and orders

Website prices and design estimates are provided for guidance. An order becomes accepted when MATPRINT LP confirms the product specifications and price and accepts payment. A written quotation may include additional product, shipping, tax, or delivery information specific to the order.

3. Customer information and artwork

You must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, product, size, quantity, and artwork information. By submitting a name, logo, image, or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. You are responsible for checking spelling, dimensions, colors, orientation, and other details shown in the proof.

4. Artwork approval and customization

Where a digital proof is provided, production normally begins only after approval. Screen colors and printed colors may vary slightly, and custom products may have normal manufacturing tolerances. Material-specific tolerances or limitations will be disclosed in the quotation or proof when relevant.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency identified on the product page, quotation, invoice, checkout, or payment link. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges are disclosed before payment or in the written quotation. Payment must be authorized by the account or card holder. MATPRINT LP may cancel or hold an order when payment cannot be verified.

6. Production and delivery

Typical production for many logo mats is 5-7 business days after payment and artwork approval. This is a production estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery transit time is additional and depends on the destination and carrier. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Customized goods cannot normally be resold. Cancellation and refund eligibility therefore depends on whether design or production work has begun. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy before paying.

8. Defects and warranty

Products are covered against qualifying manufacturing defects for 12 months, subject to the conditions and exclusions in the Warranty Policy.

9. Website availability

We work to keep product information, pricing, and ordering tools available and accurate. We may correct errors, update information, or temporarily suspend a feature for maintenance. If an error materially affects an accepted order, we will contact you before proceeding.

10. Mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under legislation applicable to the customer or transaction.
